Order Processing. 

We will process all orders in the order we recieve them. It typically takes 2-4 business days to process orders due to high demand. All orders are then shipped out. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines suggest, you can always contact us to see if we can meet your deadline. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs! We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order.

Retun policy

Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 30 Days of receiving product. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your product. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
